Ways to use it

Host discipline: in a two-person interview, keep the host under 25% of talk time.
The balance table: in a group discussion, put the screen where everyone can see it and let the bars speak.
Turn flag: set the turn flag to 90–120 seconds for meetings where monologues are the failure mode. A flagged row turns red until the floor changes hands.
