Export

Downloads a JSON file containing all reps, logs, saved plans, timer rosters, and settings.

Import

Replace overwrites this browser's keys with the file's values. Merge combines them — new practice events and logs combine without counting shared events twice; saved plans and banks union, device settings here win. Older backups have totals without event IDs, so merge keeps the larger legacy counts instead of adding potentially overlapping totals. Merge is the right choice for syncing two devices.
